    The seller has never returned any messages about size, I requested more pictures to ensure they would fit, but they are waaay off the size they said they are and I’m angry for spending $245 plus shipping. I took them for their word and now I can’t return them. Can you help me?

    The buyer purchased the Doc Martens and I shipped it immediately. It was only after I had shipped it that I saw her request for more information. I do not know why she had purchased before waiting for a response from me. It appears that the buyer was not aware that an English size 7 is not the same as American size 7. Since the boots did not fit her, I honored her request for a return and refunded her as soon as I received the return.
