    Difficult, but worth it.

    I have bought several of these. When you get them adjusted correctly they work beautifully. You can be sure there will be an absolute minimum of resonance within the structure. I have replaced the original copper OCC leads with Van Den Hul solid silver leads, so [to my ear] the sound is as good as it can get. It is tricky to adjust, as the front to back and the azimuth adjustments are made with the same set screw. The adjustment for one is usually thrown off when you adjust for the other. It can take some doing to get them both right. The result is worth it.
