I let them know that was their job, not mine. And when it arrived, it was clearly not new as described. It had dried gunk on it, part of the strap was tearing a part. A little, there were hairs and lint on it and you could even see light signs of wear on the soles. The buyer requested USPS ground shipping from FL to HI (trucked to California, then cargo ship to HI). When the shoes left my care, they were in the same condition as the listing photos. I am not sure where they would have acquired white animal hairs on the velcro, as they came from a pet free home.
