      Best kitchen shears

      Perfect size blades. Love the breakaway capability for easy, thorough cleaning. Also love that the shears do not have the annoying tools sticking out of the handles. Shears are sharp and work perfectly.

      Well made tool - A must have for a chefs kitchen!

      Tiny serrations on blades cut all materials and foods without slipping. Feel light in hands and are not bulky but are sturdy. These get lots of use in our home for opening plastic packaging, bubble wrap and cutting chicken and ribs into pieces. Very handy. Our last pair of Henkels lasted over 20 years of hard use and finally got dull. They cannot be sharpened because of the micro serrated blades but I expect to get lots of good safe use before they wear out. Take apart feature is a plus if you cut a lot of meat or sticky dough.

      comes apart for cleaning

      I have own one of these for over 50 years could cut anything in kitchen no problems then my grandson used them and they never returned, they were made in Germany. I got these and the first thing I cut was lobster tails and when on to cut up chicken they work great.
