    Phone was new but Metro

    Phone was new but was branded Metro by T-Mobile. Was able to unlock it and use it with T-Mobile sim. Some Metro apps cannot be removed. Startup screen says Metro. Ring volume is not as loud as other A11 I have. Good price for basic phone and difficult to find new one since it has been replaced by the A21. I believe the processor in the A21 is not as good as the A11.

    Repeatedly Inconvenienced

    Good looking phone, but very difficult to get signed in to sprint. Continued to have issues and had to go to store multiple times to try and get it resolved. Hoping it doesn’t beak on us sooner than later with all this issues we already ran into. 🤞🏽 Attempted to get the phone exchanged but store unwilling to send one until we sent this one back, which would have been MORE of an inconvenience than it’s already been.

    good phone

    This is a nice phone. It has a convenient layout.. I like the fact that you can close all open apps. But I miss the little light that blinks on a dark screen letting me know I there is a call or message recieved. I wish it would be wider.

    Condition was not "New"

    This was not a "Brand New" phone. The phone did not have the plastic covering the screen, nor did it have the sim card tool. Furthermore, the box itself had a rip on it, some writing in pen on the front of the box, and the box itself smelled like stale beer.
