    This selling is extremely unprofessional. I placed my order on Christmas night. December 25,2024 it didn't ship out until December 30, 2024. When i asked for a refund if my coat isn't going to be shipped out that day. I was told not to be a PEST. When my coat arrived it had a horrible smell. I can't tell you what the smell is. I asked for a refund and was told No refund. I paid paid $500 dollars for this Northface coat. I will add the conversation between us. He isn't a honest person.

    Thanks for the PS5 controller it was just as described. Just a recommendation for your future sales. When shipping an item like a electronic. It needs a lot more protection then what it was put in. Virtually no protection while in transit as shown in photos.
