It was later than promised, but who knows why with the way things are with shipping today. They did send it out right away. When they found out it was delivered late , they were very apologetic and even offered to refund part of purchase. I declined that because there really was no reason for them to take a loss and they really care about their customers. I would do business with them over and over again. Unfortunately, the costume was melted during shipping BUT the seller accepted the return & refunded my $$$. Great eBayer! Would highly recommend, as most times we won’t have that excessive heat wave (hopefully). Sometimes bad stuff happens but for a seller to rectify the situation so quickly deserves praise
