    Seller was given 2nd chance after 1st order wasn't received; unfortunately the second order also wasn't received. The seller did promptly issue refunds for both of the orders, BUT I felt they did NOT fix the problem after the 1st failed delivery. This is message I sent them: "I'm very disappointed with this news. Please issue my refund for this 2nd order that has failed to be delivered. Once my refund is received I will attempt to get the product from an alternative seller.
