      Good morning Buyer left feedback without reaching out first in regards to the confusion of the packaging and item. I reached out immediately and assisted buyer. Item was located in the box, but was very heavily wrapped in bubble wrap causing confusion and resulting on the thought of having an empty box. Issue has been resolved with the buyer and we are currently working on possibly removing the feedback.
