    Did not ship the package on time. Also, did not communicate that they did not ship the package. When I opened the ticket to request the shipment they waited two days to respond and then still did not ship it despite saying it would ship that same day. Two weeks later I still have to go find the product somewhere else. Not to mention the fact that shipping was not included and nearly 10 dollars.
