Unfortunately, that damage carried over inside the box and the headphones were cracked near the charging port. I reached out to the seller right away and he was extremely responsive, he offered both a full return or a partial refund. I opted for the latter, given the headphones were still functional and they were the only set that he had for sale. Highly recommend this seller!
