    I went to the Post Office today and showed them the damage both to the exterior and interior packaging as well as the mud on the waist band. I told them you had done the insurance and the fellow (Justin) said you would need to be the person that initiated the insurance. Justin was surprised that the post offices did not mark the damage. I'm sure that my carrier had no part in that, no rain, no mud. Will you make sure that the insurance comes to me? I'll send it to a dry cleaner to get clean.
