It's just another term to describe used, like new. I wish there was a way to sanitize it with a cleaning product because someone had definitely used it. It was slightly dirty, (a little grub on remote, oily substance inside helmet...yuck). Still positive feedback because it was packaged well, has all original paperwork and looks brand new. They also shipped out right away. Great price too.
