    Disappointing!

    Have wanted a Dualit toaster for years and finally got one. Sadly it's no better than the cheap toaster it replaced. Some of the main frustrating points are, - When doing 4 slices of toast the left hand side controls have to be set differently to the right hand side controls to achieve the same(ish) level of browning. - There are a lot of specific rules for use of toaster slots for some reason. So if your partner likes hers lightly toasted and you like yours 'normal' then that's not possible as the instructions say not to put one slice of bread in each side (and leave a slot vacant). - No matter what slot is used or how many pieces of bread you're toasting in any combination each one comes out with a different level of browning.
