Ups punched a hole in the side of the box and shattered side thread tension assembly. Seller was very responsive and has great communication. Sent off replacement parts for those dammaged immediately. Would buy from again 100%. Great seller, honest descriptions and pictures. Good packaging job. Just one unlucky shipment with UPS this time.
