    Tablets work for me..

    .. Having urinary issues trying to digest capsules, these tablets work without this problem. Though not as strong by taking enough to supplement this difference is not at all a waste since most caps sell by 30's. I use this brand from Swanson because it comes in a good quantity amount (200) for the price and there's just not that many apple cider vinegar tabs on the market. I recommend the American health brand as a substitute for liquid which isn't that easy to consume. It does have mother included though may not be as effective through process but so far I have had no regrets in it's effectiveness as I use it to balance my ph level thus preventing gout flare up...

    Good value, strong taste

    The price is very good. I like the fact that one tab is only 240mg for smaller doses. They have a strong vinagre taste and smell. Other brands have a lot less smell and not such a strong taste. I don't mind, I know they are Apple Cider Vinegar, but others might object to it.
