It was obviously open box, but appeared not to have been touched, beyond opening the box. The TV and all accessories were bagged, and appeared as originally packaged. The TV was easily setup, and is now waiting to be mounted in our travel trailer. Also, we will no longer need the Firestick that was required with our old TV. Many thanks!
