      The 3 bead organizers were packed poorly so 2 box lids & 1 little jar were damaged. I asked the seller to refund me for the 2 damaged items OR send me 2 new items. I offered to return the 2 items if shipping was covered. The seller offered to refund only 30% bc only 1 of the 90 little jars was damaged. They said "we sell mostly mostly little jars, not rectangular boxes." This was hogwash-- the "item" IS the rectangular box w/ 30 little jars in it-- it's an organizer & with no lid it's worthless.
