He included an extra attachment, and it appears that it was cleaned prior to packing. Vacuum was disassembled and packed in a box of the right size so it would rattle around, and it arrived safe! Seller was super helpful and answered any questions I had and kept me updated on when it would be shipped. Will buy from this seller again! Thank you!!!!

Could’ve got a free box from Walmart or dollar tree or a padded envelope at least. Shipping was quick and pricing was on point. Overall still a positive experience. Just need to package better for buyers in the future.

The item was not as described and is damaged and not usable due to one of the handle bar tubes being broken. I’m extremely annoyed. The item pictures were actual and the item was not shipped that way. 'This item is robust aluminum so it was hit hard to dent like that - I have no control what FedEx does - it was a handling accident. BE NICE!!!!
