        The shock is functional as described and I will use it. The pictures should have been more complete as there was damage on the shock body found. This was caused by the spring rubbing against the body. I could have asked for more pictures, but I didn't. So, that's on me. The packaging should have been better as the box was not strong enough for the weight of the shock. Shippers are not nice to boxes, but I received the order undamaged from USPS. I should have taken pictures of the box.
