    We bought an expensive fridge from this seller. When we received the item, it was not as described, as it was broken and not functional. We had two separate appliance repair companies look at the fridge. Both of whom said, "I don't want to say you got scammed." We opened a case against the seller, who then wrongfully informed us that we needed to close the case before they could process the refund (not true). We have yet to receive our refund at this time. Don't believe seller to be trustworthy.
