I asked them about getting them online and he said to make sure it was sold in the USA. The Canadian or Swiss one have a different program. I order these on Wednesday and they program and shipped the same day . I got them on Saturday and took them to the audiologist on Tuesday. He said that they are just as advertise. They work great.
