    Lovr Him!

    I love Richarf's engagement through the tv! He makes me feel as though I can really do this! Its not high impact (which is why I search specifically for his videos), because I've had surgery on both feet, have bad back disks and knees so-so witu the weight I'm carrying these days! I'm going to have my staff participate after hours to try and motivate them as well!

    Too intense for me!

    This series of DVDs is too intense for me. I enjoy the old Sweatin' to the Oldies because they were fun and had great music and lots of involvement. This one seems to be more like a Peleton workout where you are working very fast I cannot keep up with this pace.

    I have always loved Richard Simmons workout. The additional food guide and "pep" talk makes this set seem even more "one on one" than his other videos. Wish me luck.

    Good product, but I need more time to Love it

    It wasn't what I expected, but it is quality and a worthwhile product. I guess I expected it to be more like his Sweatin to the Oldies VHS tapes of yesteryear. Maybe I just need to give it more time. It was a great value, anyway.
