    First unit was defective. Had to pay duty fees a second time to get a replacement unit. Second unit arrived 2 months after original order. Communication was slow and difficult. Shipping could have been cheaper by using a small padded envelope instead of a box.

    You say the first unit was defective, but it was not. It was tested before it was sent. I sent you another one in good faith and it got stuck in customs. That is up to you, not me. I sent you the tracking numbers but you were too stupid to figure it out and you kept pestering me to do something that you could easily do. It is not my fault you are challenged. So, I am out a unit plus shipping and this POS leaves bad feedback.
