    This guy is a scammer, I bought 8 toner cartridges, he sent me 2 packages of 4 each, the toner cartridges were not in the same condition as he told me, they were opened, he was not even able to put them in a box, he just put tape on them. Now that I make the return, he tells me that they arrived partially, which doesn't make sense, he sent me only one label, that's why I made a package with the 8 toner cartridges. I ask Ebay to help me get my money back, today I am a customer with many positive

    Ebay standards do not require a specific kind of packaging. The items arrived to you intact. Granted, the tab torn from the cardboard was not stated and we corrected that for future orders. I did not provide the label, ebay did so your complaint about return-shipping belongs with them instead of trying to damage my business with others. Finally, the comments you made via messages were distasteful, inappropriate and borderline threatening. Few would try to work with you; You went off the rails.
