Already has a new battery as well as extra RAM; nothing is broken and it even has the touchscreen which is a nice bonus that I was not expecting. Included charger isn't OEM but appears to be good quality, and charges as it should. Fast shipping and solid price. I would buy from this company again if I needed another T480.

Additionally, after testing the laptop there had been an issue with a missing 8gb stick of ram. I contacted the seller and they were able to assist me in a very short time period (<2 days). These guys are great and I would definitely buy from them again
