I purchased this Holematic micrometer and it was very well packaged with buffer space on all sides. Arrived looking pristine and exactly as shown in listing. Unfortunately there was a difficult to detect problem with the tool and I do not consider TryC2 responsible for not noticing - specialty knowledge needed. I contacted TryC2 explaining the issue and they worked with with me to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Will buy from again.

I do appreciate the extensive testing that was done to ensure the unit was fully functional.
