Lyric
This really is a good device, however, it is limited as it does not see Wifi AC networks. The App is a bit weird to navigate, but, once you figure it out, it works well. Make sure if you geofence your home , that your wife or husband accepts the invitation to join lyric. Otherwise when you go out, the temperature will go up in the house.........

it is an old version. The firmware does not exist
this an old model and Honeywell changed the app and the firmware. This is the reason why it can not be installed. It does not work with the app. When you try to install the thermostat it connects to the internet but it does not communicate with the app due to the fact that Honeywell changed the system for that specific thermostat. So the features on the app can not be used. We talked to the support team from Honeywell and they said it is an old version. They suggested to return this one and get the latest model. Maybe it works fine with an iphone.
Doesn't work with the honeywell home app on android according to support. First they said pixel phones only but then after it didn't work with a galaxy s9 they said they are aware of an issur on anfroid and trying to resolve it. Problem with that is you can't use the thermostat at all until it registers with the app. It won't even let you look at the menu on the thermostat. It will just state it needs to be registered. Maybe it did work with the original lyric app but that isn't available anymore.Doesn't work with the honeywell home app on android according to support. Only worked with Apple products
I have a samsung phone. I tried several times to get this to connect to my phone and was unable to. I called customer support and they were unsuccessful at helping me. They told me to try an apple product. I did try an iphone and it worked. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOUR USING AN IPHONE.
