    I was very excited to order this set and the seller was very polite and responsive to my messages. But it was packaged so poorly (meaning no packing at all, just thrown in the box), I was sincerely shocked and wasn't expecting that condition. Inevitablely, it was damaged during transit and naturaly I was upset and extremely disappointed. HOWEVER, the seller was very understanding and accommodating and issued me a full refund. So no complaints about professionalism and resolution.
