After reading all directions, machine operates normally. The metal cups (single and double serving) that hold the coffee grounds in the handle are not made well. Screen falls out when cleaning. It presses back in easily, but happens every time. Annoying. Makes very good expresso. Frothing wand works very well, easy to clean. You do need to clean the pressure head everytime.
