        fantastic home printer

        very easy to use, connects to WiFi without the need of a computer, apps are easily found for device to printer printing. inks are easy to change and single inks so less wastage. printing quality if good for a home compact printer not leaving lines in picture print. printer is also very quite, so a good choice if you are one to work through the night or with young kids. i have had it print on to card for business cards, these also printed with no problems. have not found any negatives yet

        broken lead and now says needs new print heads only opened it yesterday

        stored until needed took it out of the box to find a broken lead so used old one and today second day after using it its telling me it needs new print heads i paid 59,99 fir this not happy and not replying to messages

        A small warning!!!

        As usual the quality of the Epson printer is very good. The provided literature however is almost non existent. And the installation CD is shabby., It does not even include a manual. In the end I had to go to the Epson website to get everything installed. The software to print on labels on CD's and DVD's was not even on the installation disk. And that printing capability was the reason I bought this printer. My previous printer, the Epson XP-700, came complete with everything, so was much better for the customer. The only reason I did not return the printer was that I could not face the hassle. But it will certainly not recommend this printer for an easy installation, that is for sure.

        Old friend returns

        The 355 replaces my previous models 335 and 345, so I was well conversant with the printer type. I was very pleased to discover an old friend who had also improved in many ways. Speed, communication, and print quality, were all, in my opinion, slightly improved.
