Item value was good condition was sealed quality to also good. appearance is good too. It’s just one complain. I have is nothing with the seller seller did the good job but the delivery person deliver my item in the wrong box thank God I knew the person so I got my item it showed it was delivered three days ago, but I could not find it before I was gonna file a report. I just got it today. I’ll update in post my other results of it and again

I contacted the seller and tried to open a return request and ask for a refund, but the seller refuses to refund me. The fake skincare product harmed my skin and the area around my eyes. The seller claims the product is from SkinCeuticals, but it's actually a Chinese replica — a fake version of the product. The packaging looks original at first glance, but once opened and compared to a genuine product, it's easy to recognize that it's fake.
