The item was not as described and is damaged and not usable due to one of the handle bar tubes being broken. I’m extremely annoyed. The buyer didn't even give me a chance to file a claim with FedEx before posting this negative feedback (not cool or fair at all but it's how people behave these days - yes I know this is annoying but not the end of the world so give sellers a chance). The item pictures were actual and the item was not shipped that way. 'This item is robust aluminum so it was hit hard to dent like that - I have no control what FedEx does - it was a handling accident. BE NICE!!!!

Seller listed shoes as new, they arrived badly worn, dirty, discolored, wrinkled from wear and smelled like feet. That’s why he used stock photos and said there was no box. The shoes were not worn. They had some minor marks on the sides of the rubber that could be wiped off but buyer just wanted to make a bid deal about nothing. Discolored and smelled like feet - Huh? I only use stock photos when the shoes are NEW but I can't do than anymore because marketing photos tend to be so perfect and people think they are representative to a perfect degree (they never really are). Frustrating that people like this never sell and just complain.
