Shipping was prompt, I ordered three items on that day and this was the first package to arrive. One bowl was broken in shipment as the box looked like something heavier had been dropped on it. No worries, I contacted lakesidepearl to see what they wanted to do and they promptly refunded my order after I sent a couple pictures of the mishap. Great work, would do business again!
