    The description was not correct .. there were 3 missing parts that were in the description that I did not receive .. I have tried to contact seller multiple times and even have asked EBay to help to try to resolve this ..     Crane warm/cold mist digital humidifier

    I really like this humidifier I would recommend it to anyone looking for one. There's only 2 small things about it that could be better. The mist cap where the mist come thur likes to come off when u go to fill it with water. No big deal doesn't hurt anything u just put it back on. Just afraid I might step on it and break it in floor if I'm not paying attention when I go to fill it up. 2nd when u use warm mist it takes a very long time to warm up not just 10 mins like the instructions say. I thought mine wasnt working on warm mist but it took about 45 mins or more and it's not like a regular warm list humidifier I've had 2 that were just warm mist not cool to and they steam and the mist is very hot. This one is warm u can tell it's not cool but u can put ur hand over still it's not ...

    Room for improvement

    This is a really nice humidifier but it definitely has room for improvement. The water tank carry handle is cheaply made and feels like it would break off they even recommend not carrying it when full of water and this makes it somewhat difficult and awkward when putting the water tank back in the base. It does not remember any of the settings once you push the off button and turn it back on you have to start all over this is a terrible feature design and it's quite annoying. My the filler cap has already started leaking and it's more annoying than anything at this point but I would imagine if it's set in the base for an extended period of time it probably would start overflowing that would make me extremely angry.

    Himidifier

    Easy to use, quiet and for a smaller unit it pumps out quite a bit. Great features on it as well. It used to be super dry in our living room since we have a fireplace but this little machine actually brings up the humidity. Would recommend

    Great product, but sticky black ink substance on the base

    I love the product itself and it works great! However, my only complaint is on the base there is a sticky black ink substance that I cannot remove. I cannot touch it without getting black all over my hands, which is both frustrating and gross. I havent found a method to remove it yet.

    its great.

    very short delivery time. easy to set up, read directions and put water in it. after plugging it in we were pleasantly suprised at how quiet it was. could not hear it at all. house was very dry and static electricy sparks would jump. after running it no more sparks, didnt scare the two dogs any more when we would touch them. the water lasted about 1 1/2 days after filling it. . wasnt sure if water would get on the buffet so we put a plastic lid underneath the crane but no water leakage thats good. overall unit is great.
