The shipping delay is definitely a USPS issue as I ship my items within 2 days max from the purchase. 🙂Regarding the packaging, we're using clean and new materials (napkins, fold over sandwich bags and bubble mailers) that are sufficient to protect the items. If we were to use "professional packaging materials" that would significantly increase the cost of shipping for our buyers, which we're trying to avoid. I hope this makes sense to you! 🙂
