    There is something very fishy about this seller. I reported the incident to eBay security team. Never received the bins. Instead, out of the blue was told to request him to cancel the order. I did not do that, because it was not normal protocol. With no further correspondence from seller or eBay, I received a refund minus a penny. So much fraudulent activity, it’s becoming hard to trust sellers. I think it’s very hard for eBay to stay on top of the ways they keep coming up with to commit fraud.
