I did feel they lacked in communication as I sent a message hoping to clarify some information about the item and the return policy (there was conflicting info) and I never received a response.       I understand that the seller had no obligation to offer local pickup. However, when they are located 15 minutes away from where I live, it was the least they could do to let me come get it instead of having to pay $7 for shipping 7 miles, which somehow ended up taking two weeks. Item was as described, of good value, and well packaged, but customer service was a bit disappointing.
