I checked in with her multiple times but then after a week of no updates from her I ended up going through eBay to try to get a refund which I just got. contacting eBay was not a hard process so I don’t know what the hold up on her end was because it just took me a couple of ten minute phone calls. Could work on communication skills and updating customers
