    I was disappointed in this item - seller described the item as having no scratches but came with an obvious LARGE scuff/scratch. Seller offered $10 back and I countered with $15 to which I was told I could just return it - I would be fine with that but not at my expense - seller then stopped all communication - it’s been a month with several follow-up messages that get ignored - totally disappointing. Bought these for my daughter who just wanted a memento of the attraction

    Buyer wanted a substantial refund on a "scratch" that he had to circle to be noticed. I offered a $10 refund (on a $40 sale) and he wasn't satisfied so upped it to $15. I decided to meet him in the middle at $12. The refund was initiated. Complaining after the fact is Bad Buying.
