        Delivers as advertised

        This unit is from a different era when CDs and DVDs were all the rage but people still remembered what a record and a cassette tape were. Hooked up to a Yamaha receiver and a real 5.1 ch audio system this unit delivers as promised. Sound is excellent. Picture quality just below HDMI but still sharp and clear. Yes there are now better systems w/ 4K picture, but can they hold 300 CDs/DVDs and play like a jukebox? This one does it all. One major complaint which was never addressed in a decade - its difficult to load titles and artist info. You’ll just have to deal with that technology. But for what the unit is supposed to do, it delivers without fail.

        Received it days before it was due, and set it up this morning. I was cautious, but surprised. It was packed well, and looks better in person than in the picture. Plays extremely well. Thank you!
