Could be worn as is, but could also stitch or tack back. See last two photos.The buttons are a bit off color from age and again, this has an age related creaminess to it.There is definite creaminess to the lace with some parts of the lace having more creaminess than others (see thircd to last photo). It is possible if you soaked it again in Restoration it would lighten some more.”
