It definitely did not arrive in brand new condition. Shipping was okay but it was sent Media Mail and not Ground Advantage as stated in the listing so maybe that had to do with some of the damage. Packaging was very thin and had no extra cushion. Seller has blocked communication, so that is disappointing. Overall cannot recommend.
