      I recieved the laptop and worked great the first day. Unfortunately the battery wasn't holding a charge. I reached out to them about the issue and they offered me a partial refund so I could purchase a new battery for it. They really didn't need to offer it but it was much appreciated because I'm in college and have a tight budget. Thank you for the help
