The soles look like new, so I'm not sure how the insoles got so dirty. They did appear to be a bit questionable in the photos but because the seller said they were new I thought it was due to shadows when taking the pictures. There was none of the accompanying wrapping one would expect with "New in Box", just the shoes in the box.
