It was exactly as pictured, & even though it got roughed up in shipping, was very supportive when it didn't work out of the box, offering to fix whatever was wrong. It just needed an electrical part reattached & it worked perfectly. Will definitely buy again he has something I need. Well worth what I paid for it . Thanks for your help Tom.
