On one of the tapes, the little tape access door release button is damaged and I can see another part of the tape where a chunk is missing. The tape does play but I'm not able to get the loose plastic out which worries me about the longivity of the tape in case that piece gets caught somewhere and causes more damage. It was encased in bubble wrap, so I don't think it was from shipping
