Our only issue was with FedEx as they couldn’t seem to get their delivery date firm. We had three different delivery dates which meant someone had to be home and accept package. Communications with FedEx is not easy. The item arrived in a timely manner it was just wasting three days waiting. That said, I WOULD buy from this seller again!

It wasn't very clean, my rag was brown after cleaning it. The cracks in the leather were much more than what was shown in the picture. Had I paid the original price it would have been an issue for me. Shipping was fast and it was packed carefully.
