Partaking of the capsules is UNSAFE. I should have paid attention to this seller's LOW reviews. Also, this item was shipped LATE & was not wrapped in any padded protection., only in a flimsy plastic envelope. I am shocked that it arrived unbroken. I also had contacted the seller asking why my order was so late and she gave a very rude answer. BEWARE!
