      I received defective itims from this company. They refuse to refund my money. And there is no possible way to file a claim against this company because you can't speak to a live agent or understand Ebay's almost impossible directions to contact a bot. I also give Ebay a one star. If I could give both zero stars...I would. I'm going to Amazon for my orders in the future. I wouldn't recommend either company.
